A Little Bit of Everything:
"Yes, I don't think there's any meaning in it at all. I think the word 'universe' is a handy word in some connections, but I don't think it stands for anything that has a meaning." - Bertrand Russell to Fr. F.C. Copleston, S.J. during a debate on the existence of god
Link: Description:
Python Server Pages "PSP is a server-side scripting engine designed along the lines of Microsoft's Active Server Pages and Sun's Java Server Pages specification. The major difference between ASP and PSP is that PSP is written in 100% Java and portable to a wide variety of platforms. Web applications written in ASP can be run only on Microsoft platforms. PSP uses JPython as its scripting language which seems to be vastly more appropriate for scripting web sites than the Java language itself in Java Server Pages."

The CGI Resource Index: Python Python web scripts.
PyGTK - Python Bindings for the GTK Widget Set "PyGTK is a set of bindings for the GTK widget set. It provides an object oriented interface that is slightly higher level than the C one. It automatically does all the type casting and reference counting that you would have to do normally with the C API. I have also written GNOME bindings."
Python Microthreads "Microthreads are useful when you want to program many behaviors happening simultaneously."
PyMat - An interface between Python and MATLAB "The PyMat module acts as an interface between NumPy arrays in Python and a MATLAB engine session, allowing arrays to be passed back and forth and arbitrary commands to be executed in the MATLAB workspace."

Python WordNet Module "The wordnet.py module is a Python interface to the Wordnet 1.6 database. WordNet is a database of word meanings and lexical relationships, such as synonym, antonym, hypernym, and hyponym."
Deeply Embedded Python "Deeply Embeeded Python is a minimal version of the Python virtual machine. It currently runs on the Hitachi SH1 evaluation board, a 32-bit RISC processor with 256 Kb of RAM and no OS, so it probabily runs on most 32-bit systems with a working GNU Tool Chain."
AVPython: Python Language Support for ArcView GIS "I built AVPython because it was the simplest way I could think of to control Internet Explorer from ArcView (the DDE interface for IE is severely broken). The fact that it has so many other uses is just a nifty side-effect."
Python WebDAV server "WebDAV is an extension to the normal HTTP/1.1 protocol allowing the user to upload data, create collections of objects, store properties for objects, etc. python davserver is a collection of classes which should make it easy to write your own DAV server in Python."

The Python for Delphi Page "Python for Delphi is a set of components that wrap up the Python 1.5 Dll into Delphi. They let you easily execute Python scripts, create new Python modules and new Python types. You can create Python extensions as Dlls and much more."
